How many GRIFUS collections are available at the moment?

We have launched the new Fitzgerald Collection, which is the only GRIFUS collection available at the moment. We have additional collections coming soon, just stay tuned and follow us for updates.

Which colors are available for the Fitzgerald Collection?

All the products of the Fitzgerald Collection are available in black and cognac color. For the black color there is a dedicated collection called Fitzgerald Collection Noir. 

How can I get the sizes of the items?

We can provide you full measurements of every product. Just email us at info@grifus.co.uk asking for more details and we can provide you with measurements and compatibility details.

Is it real leather?

We certify it, it is 100% genuine leather coming only from Italian Tanneries.

Are they really Made in Italy?

Yes, they are. We guarantee and certify that our products are 100% Made in Italy.

And handmade?

100% Handmade products certified. Our supplier is a small leather workshop in Abruzzo, Italy, where all the products are manufactured by hand. 

Can I customize my product?

Available on request, we can add initials or personalization to your product. Just drop us an email at info@grifus.co.uk requesting more information.

What is the Postcard Collection?

Our Postcard Collection is a collection of Postcards made by local artists. We created a postcard per each GRIFUS product. When you order one GRIFUS product, you receive also the relative postcard. If you collect all the postcards of a collection you receive a discount coupon. For more information visit our Postcard Collection page.

The is a Pre-Order button instead of the Order-Now one, what does it mean?

When you see the PRE-ORDER button on any GRIFUS product, it means that we have temporarily sold the last item on stock, however you can Pre-Order it and we will make another one just for you, the estimated waiting time will pop up. For more information you can visit the Pre-Order Page

THE PAYMENT

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all majors Credit and Debit Cards, Apple Pay and PayPal. We also accept Bank Transfers, in that case the shipment will be delayed till the funds will be credited to our account.

I have a coupon, where can I use it?

At the checkout page it will be possible to enter your coupon code. If you have any problems using your coupon let us know by writing at info@grifus.co.uk

Can I use two or more coupon together?

Depending on the coupon. Most of our coupons are not cumulative. Some of them also have minimum order requirements. More information will be displayed at the checkout.

I have asked for a refund, how long will it take for the payment to get transferred back? 

Depending on the payment method you used, for credit and debit cards it normally takes 7 to 10 working days for the money to be credited back, similar timing is necessary for bank transfer refunds.

THE SHIPMENT

Will you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide

Is shipment included in the price?

Yes, all prices include free shipping worldwide for orders over £100, for lower amounts the shipping prices are displayed at the checkout.

How long will the shipment take?

That will really depend on the destination, however, for Europe we say 2 to 3 working days, for US and Canada 3 to 5 working days, for Australia and Japan 5 to 7 working days.

Which courier are you using?

We are using DHL. 

What is in the delivery package?

The content of the delivery package is described in the info page

Are there any additional taxes or duties I need to pay?

For European Countries (EU, EEA, non-EU/EEA) and for US prices include taxes and duties. For other countries custom duties may be applicable, please check in advance before placing your order.
